In February, Year 12 students, together with Ms Lawson attended the University Roadshow in the Murwillumbah High School Elliott Centre. Students were treated to a plethora of information regarding study options and general university facts, and then had the opportunity to talk to representatives from tertiary institutes including Southern Cross University, Griffith University, Bond University, Queensland University of Technology and TAFE. This was an informative afternoon which was highly appreciated by the students. Some shared their thoughts below:
"The University Roadshow opened up my eyes to the many options for my future. I was interested to learn about the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School and the various hospitality, event and business management courses they offer." - Rosaleen Newell
